Felipe Correa, I.E.: Executive Director

As an Industrial Engineer, Felipe has specialized throughout his career in organizational development and management, with special emphasis in working with and supporting people to achieve their goals, and deliver the products that sustain the organization.

Although Industrial Engineers normally deal with machines and production lines, Felipe has focused his work in how to manage people’s productivity and success. After he graduated from Engineering School, he realized that addressing the spiritual side of things is an easier way to achieve the ultimate engineering goal: efficiency and effectiveness. This unique approach, engineering science joined with spirituality, is a road that has taken him to work in diverse industries, such as mining, food, agribusiness, printing, wireless phone services, airlines, and consulting. He has trained over 10,000 people in areas such as social security, life insurance, gas station attending, general sales, accounting, management, strategic planning, communication, interpersonal relationships, and industrial engineering. He has created and implemented organizational structures for a host of different companies, ranging from small specialized mechanical engineering machine shops, to multi-million dollar mining drilling services companies. Felipe brings these skills to strengthen the infrastructure of the Hendricks Institute and forward its creative expansion.

Over the last 30 years his travels have literally taken him all over the world, where he has had the opportunity to experience other cultures and learn new things in two of his areas of passion: cooking and languages. As a Chef, he has mastered the art of French cuisine, currently speaks three languages fluently and is polishing two other.

He resides in Ojai, California with his wife Candy. He has four lovely daughters who live in Chile, his original home country.

Nancy is best known for her big heart, high energy, and enthusiastic approach to life, work, spirit and relationships! She is a Graduate Apprentice of the Hendricks Institute where she currently works as an Enrollment Consultant. Prior to this, Nancy spent 15 years in the fields of Human Resources and professional meeting facilitation. An engaging facilitator, trainer and Certified Relationship & Body/Mind Vibrance Coach, she welcomes new opportunities to express her intuition and creativity in fun and exciting ways that benefit herself and those around her. "I have transformed myself in such beautifully rewarding ways since meeting Gay and Katie. I'm so grateful for my heartfelt, playful connection to them both and to their work!" She joyfully resides in the mountains of Nederland, Colorado.
